Skills that connect to real economic ground.

Our programs are built for adults at any stage — including those returning after a gap. Learning here happens alongside people who know your whole picture, not just the credential you're after.

/ What we offer

Three areas, one coherent path.

Each program area connects to the others. Foundational literacy feeds into digital skills; digital skills open credential pathways. No track is a dead end.

Digital & Workplace Skills

Credential & Career Pathways

Adult Foundational Learning

Practical, cohort-based training in digital literacy, workplace communication, and tools that employers actually use — paced for adults balancing work and family.

Structured pathways toward recognized credentials in fields with real local demand — supported by mentors who know the field and understand life transitions.

Foundational literacy and numeracy programs for adults who want to build from the ground up — in a setting where no starting point is treated as a setback.

Community-embedded cohorts

• Who these programs serve

Classes run in cohorts so participants move through the program with the same group of people. Shared pace, shared accountability — not an isolated online course.

Adults at any stage of the road.

Mentor-supported throughout

Each participant is paired with a mentor — a professional or community leader familiar with the field — who stays present through the program, not just at the start.

Programs are open to adults 18 and older, including those re-entering after employment gaps, caregiving breaks, or significant life changes. No prior credentials are required to start.

Paced for working adults

Evening and weekend schedules, with on-site childcare available at select locations. The pace of each cohort reflects the actual lives of the people in it.
